Bookings Overview
The Nookal diary is set for 20 minute appointment slots for physio appt, and 15 minutes for Podiatry and Myotherapy.
A solid star indicates a new patient A hallow star indicates an existing patient with a new case.
Private patients do not need a referral to see a physio, but always check any new patients if they have any scans or reports relting to their condition that they can bring in to show the treating physio.
You can always ring Radiology Centers and ask them to fax across any reports that the physio may need.
Private patients may pay full price, or have Private health Insurance with Extra that can offset our fees at the point of sale. In this case, we only charge the patient the Gap.
New Patient - requires 40 minutes
1. Click on the appointment time they wish to take
2. Confirm which clinic they are wanting to attend and the type of appointment (ie, physio, podiatry, myotherapy etc)
3. Enter the patients surname (CAPITALS) then their first name
4. Enter the patients mobile number and tick subscribe
5. Ask for the reason for the consultation (main area being treated, eg back, R) Shoulder) and put this as the Case title.
6. Select the appointment type (500 Physio Inital / EPC Initial etc)
7. Repeat the time, date, clinic and clinician they are booked in to see
8. Thank them for their call
Existing Patient with new case- requires 40 minutes
1. Click the appointment time they wish to make
2. Enter the names and confirm DOB to ensure you have the correct patient
3. Click Create new case and enter case name
4. Select appoint type as 500 Initial
5. Repeat the time, date, clinic and clinician they are booked in to see
6. Thank them for their call
