Workcover Bookings

Patients may come in after they have had a workplace accident and have an approved claim. Each patient will have a different insurance company and this is where the accounts will be sent after each consultation.
The claim number and DOI (Date of Injury) needs to be added to the Case Details on Nookal in order for the accounts to be paid.
If the practitioner wants to request alternative services ie. Myotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, they will need to send a written request to the insurance company. It is advisable not to start this service until written approval has been sent to us.
You will need the claim number and DOI (Date of Injury) to determine which fees they need to be charged. This correlates with the Early Intervention Physiotherapy Framework fee schedule.
Injuries less than 7 months be charged at a higher rate and are booked in as follows: EPA: Less than 7 months from DOI EPB: Longer than 7 months from DOI 100: Initial Consulation 102: Subsequent Consulation
