EPC Stands for Enhanced Primary Care Plan, and is a referral given by Doctors for those with chronic conditions.
Patients can get this EPC referral from their GP's for up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year. The referral is valid for 12 months, after that they will need to get a new referral.
Any EPC's that are submitted on Hicaps on a Saturday won't show up on Proda until the following Tuesday.
Gaps are normal prices minus the $58 that Medicare pays (search gaps above), and can be offset against any one-on-one appointments (not classes)
Upload the care plan to Nookal documents, and note the following in the patient file      In Nookal:      EPC x5      Provider Number      Medicare Number      Date of referral

Payer is Medicare
Gap for all Physio, Podiatry, Ex Phys appointments are different. It is normal appt price - $58 that medicare covers.
