In order to enroll in our group class, patients are required to undergo a one-on-one Pilates session with a physiotherapist who specialises in Pilates training. This initial session serves multiple purposes, including getting to know the patient and devising a tailored plan that aligns with their specific objectives. This initial session is crucial to ensure that we can provide patients with the most effective guidance for utilising each machine during the class to achieve their individual fitness goals.
