Process
Step 1: Book in as DVA Consult Type (DVA Standard / DVA Home Visit / DVA Lymphoedema .. etc )     Payer is set to: DVA
Step 2: DVA Ref Number is written in Alert note, and entered into "Edit Case Details"
Step 3: Pre-book DVA Taxi if one is required and note when done in Nookal with Booking Numbers
