| Patients who have BUPA insurance and have a knee or hip replacment at Warringal Private Hospital (Ramsay Health Care) are entitles to 15 sessions of physiotherapy at no charge. | |
| This is covered by the hospital, not BUPA and is only covered for knee/hip replacement - no other surgeries. | |
The payer for these accounts is Ramsay Health Care and the account will get sent off once all the 15 sessions have been completed. |

| 1. Follow the steps of new patient bookings. | |
2. Select Episodic Initial as appointment type, Payer is Ramsay Health Care  | |
2. Case Details: Enter CJ Number  | |
| 4. When the patient comes in, they will need to bring their referral from Warringal Private Hospital. On the patient sticker you need the CJ number to add into the case details (this is required in order for the account to be paid). |
