How to join our Hydro Classes:
- To participate in hydrotherapy classes, new patients are to book a one-on-one appointment with a physiotherapist in the clinic.
- The next step is to book a one-on-one in the hydro pool
- Existing patients who's physio has already recommened hydro as a suitable treatment option can skip straight to the one-on-one in the pool.
- You can then join the group classes ongoing.

- Faecal Incontinence: Those with faecal incontinence are not suitable for hydrotherapy.
- Accessibility: Clients requiring assistance entering the pool should bring a caregiver as the facility may not provide this service.
