Taking Payments

Overview

Description of Invoice
We use the Credit Card for all card payments (no AMEX or Diners):   and Private Health for Private Health payments:  . We do not accept cash at the clinic.
Credit is to use credit that has previously been applied to the patients account:
Public Health is for Medicare Remittance.
Private Health is for the amount the Health Fund paid via the Hicaps machine.
Once all the different payment options have been entered, the amount outstanding at the bottom of the invoice should be $0.
