Stride and Strength


What is it? Stride with Strength is a workout designed to build muscle strength. This physiotherapist lead class will use a range of equipment including weights, resistance bands, barbells and machines in a safe environment. This class is suited to all fitness levels including beginners!
How much? Classes are bought $30 per class. 
Who can do it? Anyone can participate but new patients to TPC (or those who haven't been in a while) will need an assessment first. If you are sending a client to the class, please give a handover to the treating physio Physios- choose wisely who you recommend to this class. Preferably a moderate to higher level client who would cope with distant supervision. Rember we offer Stride with Strength for those that are wanting strength training at a lower level.
