A Woolworths Failure to Attend Fee can be charged if less than 4 hours notice is given for a Woolworths patient cancellation.
Physio's need to put this through as a late cancellation on meditrack to support the Nookal Invoice.


   Changes in reporting:  Based on the Return To Work Plan, the Medi-Support software will now provide the treating Physio with the recommended capacity of the injured worker dependent on the stage of the recovery. The Physio will still have full control of each component of the capacity, pending how the patient is progressing.
   Pre-injury Duties: The software will also only display the patients pre-injury duties weights. For example, a produce worker will only ever lift up to 2kgs above shoulder height. Therefore, the options for lifting above shoulder height will be – ‘Avoid’ and ‘❬2kgs’ only.
   Consumables:  As you are aware all consumables must be approved or entered prior to providing to the patient. There will now be a ‘Consumables’ dropdown box within the report. The Physio will select an item from the pre-approved consumables list and simply enter the price. The list of pre-approved items are:
  • Theraband
  • Strapping/Taping
  • Anti-inflammatory cream
  • Elbow Brace
  • Wrist Brace
  • Ankle Brace
  • Knee Brace
  • Crutches
  • Cam Boot 
   If an item is not listed in the drop down list, we ask that you make contact with our office so we can seek approval from the Employer. Please be reminded that any item charged that has not been noted on the day will unfortunately be declined by the Employer.
    These most recent enhancement will reduce the amount of time taken to complete the report, in addition to giving the Physio greater knowledge of what the patient is in fact required to do as their pre-injury role.
